Shipping & Returns Policy
RETURNS
- Artwork purchased from the products page can be cancelled within 5 days of purchase, in which you will be refunded in full. Once item is shipped, returns will no longer be available.
COMMISSION RETURNS
- Custom artwork sales are final once the artwork creation has begun. If you wish to inquire about the status of your commission or check if a cancellation is possible, please email Melissa at melissawoolfstudios@gmail.com.
DAMAGES AND REPAIRS
- Custom furniture and mirrors are built with a durable wood base, but please note that the yarn can stain easily. Stains are covered by the customer.
- If you damage the wood base, repairs may be possible. Small structural flaws in the artwork will be repaired free of charge, but larger damage from accidents will incur a repair fee based on the severity.
- Delivery/pickup or return shipping of damaged items will be the responsibility of the customer. For repair inquiries, please contact Melissa at melissawoolfstudios@gmail.com.
SHIPPING DAMAGES
- All shipped items are professionally packaged and insured. If your artwork arrives damaged due to shipping mishandling, an insurance claim will be filed, and you will be reimbursed for whatever the insurance company covers. We can also discuss whether you'd prefer to ship the piece back for repairs.
- If your artwork is damaged in transit, please email melissawoolfstudios@gmail.com as soon as possible and keep all packaging for insurance purposes.
